Job Description- Overall responsibility for the operational management and organisation of window production and logistics
- Leadership, promotion, and development of employees in production
- Planning and control of production processes, capacities, and delivery dates
- Ensuring efficient production according to lean management principles
- Continuous optimisation of production processes regarding quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
- Responsibility for the procurement of production and storage materials
- Coordination of order processing, material flows, and customer deliveries
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational safety regulations
- Planning machine maintenance and conducting the annual inventory
- Participation in budget planning, investment projects, and further development of production facilities
- Maintenance and further development of master data in the window construction programme 3E Look
- Completed technical basic training, for example as a carpenter EFZ, metalworker EFZ, or comparable qualification
- Further training as a production specialist and ideally as a lean specialist
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a production company, preferably in window production
- Proven experience in leading production teams with at least 20 employees
- Sound knowledge of lean management, 5S, and continuous process optimisation
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems) and experience with CAD programmes
- Knowledge of the window construction software 3E Look is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced organisational talent, and high initiative
- Assertive, communicative, and solution-oriented leadership personality
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
