POLYMECHANICIAN CNC PROGRAMMING (80-100%)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for the efficient production of our sophisticated precision parts – focusing on programming, process stability and quality.

Your focus:

• Programming, setting up and optimising modern turning-milling machining centres (e.g. DMG MORI NTX)
• Independent machining of complex workpieces according to drawings and specifications
• Production of small series (approx. 5–75 pieces) with high quality requirements
• Continuous optimisation of CNC programmes and machining processes
• Independent inspection of manufactured parts according to inspection planning
• Ensuring process stability, repeat accuracy and part quality
• Active participation in improving manufacturing processes
• Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and ensuring the technical readiness of the equipment
• Participation in optimisation projects and industrialisation of new products
• Support during commissioning of new machines

YOUR SKILLS

You work reliably and independently. With your technical understanding, you keep an overview even with demanding tasks and consistently implement solutions.

• Completed training as a polymechanician or equivalent
• Several years of experience on complex turning-milling machining centres (ideally 5-axis)
• Solid experience in CNC programming (ideally TopSolid)
• Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings
• Strong quality awareness and precise working
• Structured and solution-oriented working method
• Interest in optimisation and new technologies
• Teamwork and reliability
• German language skills spoken and written, English skills an advantage
