What to expect:
You ensure the proper and professional operation, maintenance and care of construction machinery and equipment as well as their efficient use
You ensure the continuous compliance and implementation of safety, quality and environmental standards
You assist in troubleshooting and maintenance work on the machines and equipment assigned to you
You ensure a clean and orderly working environment on the site, at the workplace and on the access roads
You assist with blasting preparations as part of raw material extraction
What you bring:
- You have completed basic training or have several years of experience in the construction industry or mechanical field
- You have completed training as a construction machinery operator (e.g. Campus Sursee); M2, M3 and M7 are advantageous
- You hold a category B driving licence
- You have experience operating large construction machinery, especially excavators from 30 tonnes
- Experience in quarry operations or in areas such as tunnel, civil or earthworks is an advantage
- You have good knowledge of the maintenance and care of construction machinery and equipment
- You have a strong technical understanding, are interested in production processes and have an affinity for new technologies
- You work flexibly, independently and resiliently and promote teamwork
