Do you have a good sense for processes, people, and the sales everyday life and want to actively support sales? Then you are exactly right with us! As part of
our support team, you will assist our employees and franchise partners on-site.
We are looking for you starting October 1, 2025, for our branches in the regions of Aargau, Basel, Bern, Central and Western Switzerland.
Your tasks - more than just a job!
- You conduct training on administrative and system-related topics (MS-Office, SAP Retail Store, SAP/R3, cash register systems)
- You are the contact person between sales locations and headquarters for inventory management issues
- You work on projects for the further development of branch administration and modern work techniques
- You accompany new openings, takeovers, and transfers of branches
- You control inventory results and check compliance with processes on-site
- You contribute ideas to continuously improve quality and efficiency in administration
Your profile - what you bring:
- You have completed commercial training and work experience in retail - ideally in the food sector
- You bring very good user knowledge of MS-Office programs and SAP/R3
- You understand sales processes, think in a networked way, and work precisely
- You like to take responsibility, are team-oriented, and flexible
- You speak and write very good German, French is a plus
- You have a category B driver's license and enjoy being on the road
