Your tasks

• Overall technical and organisational responsibility for the workshop
• Planning, coordination and supervision of all maintenance, servicing and repair work
• Leadership, promotion and further development of the workshop team
• Management, coordination and implementation of technical projects from planning to commissioning

• Ensuring an efficient, safe and trouble-free workshop operation

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic, automation technician, production mechanic or in a comparable profession
• Further training at HF/FH level, for example as a technician HF mechanical engineering, mechanical engineer FH or industrial foreman
• Initial leadership experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of technical systems, ideally in the chemical industry
• Experience in managing and implementing technical projects
• High quality, safety and sense of responsibility
• Clear, structured and authoritative leadership personality
• Initial leadership experience as well as enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• High initiative and pronounced hands-on mentality

• Solution-oriented, pragmatic and implementation-strong working style
