Your tasks
- Overall technical and organisational responsibility for the workshop
- Planning, coordination and supervision of all maintenance, servicing and repair work
- Leadership, promotion and further development of the workshop team
- Management, coordination and implementation of technical projects from planning to commissioning
Ensuring an efficient, safe and trouble-free workshop operation
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic, automation technician, production mechanic or in a comparable profession
- Further training at HF/FH level, for example as a technician HF mechanical engineering, mechanical engineer FH or industrial foreman
- Initial leadership experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of technical systems, ideally in the chemical industry
- Experience in managing and implementing technical projects
- High quality, safety and sense of responsibility
- Clear, structured and authoritative leadership personality
- Initial leadership experience as well as enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- High initiative and pronounced hands-on mentality
