- Operation, further development, and standardization of central IT infrastructure services (data centers, storage (NetApp), virtualization (VMware), network (Cisco), security, backup)
- Conducting disaster tests and system maintenance
- Operation and further development of cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, hybrid infrastructures)
- Automation of IT processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Operation and securing of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls) including security solutions (SIEM, endpoint protection, MFA)
- Change, incident, and problem management (2nd level support), including root cause analyses and escalations
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operation manuals
- Collaboration and, if necessary, taking over the management of IT projects for the standardization and centralization of the IT landscape
- Support in software deployment and packaging
- Completed IT training or studies (e.g., IT specialist EFZ, IT specialist, or IT system administrator) or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in operating complex IT infrastructures (Windows/Linux, network, cloud, security)
- In-depth knowledge in the Microsoft environment as well as ideally certifications (client, server, cloud)
- Experience in network operation in the OT environment
- Project experience is an advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, hybrid environments) and automation (scripting, IaC)
- Solid knowledge in network technologies (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN) and IT security (SIEM, endpoint security, backup)
- Structured, documentation-oriented working style and pronounced quality and security awareness
- Very good German and English skills. French skills are an advantage
- High initiative, analytical thinking skills
- Teamwork skills with strong communication for collaboration with IT teams and specialist departments
- Willingness for continuous further education and to familiarize yourself with new technologies
