The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. 🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training with experience in a similar position
Professional experience in 5-star hotels desired
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
Team player, responsible and flexible
Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanor
Organizational talent who keeps an overview even in hectic times
📄 YOUR TASKS
Acceptance of individual & group reservations by phone and email in German & English
Processing correspondence and creating offers via Serenata
Recording reservations in the PMS Protel as well as checking and maintaining booking systems
Handling all tasks arising in reservations including management of booking portals
Ensuring high guest satisfaction through professional and friendly service
