The HEKS Visite Eastern Switzerland programme promotes the social and professional inclusion of people affected by long-term unemployment. Through regular assignments in the volunteer sector and targeted individual support, HEKS Visite gradually assists programme participants in their integration process.

You can support us by:
- Conducting initial interviews, introductory courses, and location discussions with programme participants
- Developing individual needs analyses and resource assessments with programme participants
- Clarifying professional and personal perspectives and seeking suitable follow-up solutions
- Building and maintaining networks with placement companies, internship positions, and employers
- Triaging and collaborating with other specialist agencies
- Maintaining contacts with referring agencies
- Performing administrative tasks and case documentation
- Taking on additional roles as possible and needed
- University degree in social work, social pedagogy, psychology, or a higher vocational qualification in social pedagogy or psychiatric nursing
- Experience in case management or working with offices and authorities
- Ideally networking in Eastern Switzerland and with the economy
- High social competence and self-organisation
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility, initiative, and ability to reflect
- Creative thinking ability and interest in the holacratic working method
- A varied activity in a renowned NGO
- Combination of working days freely selectable with Monday or Thursday
- A pleasant workplace, five minutes’ walk from St. Gallen station
- Participation in the continuous development of the programme
