Your Tasks
- Operational management of the team and periodic employee appraisals within the framework of MAG
- Holiday planning
- Further development and goal-oriented leadership of the team
- Conducting internal training sessions
- Ordering and distribution of consumables
- Active participation and organisation as well as coordination of tasks
- Mutual representation with other team leaders of the department
- Support and independent management of smaller projects
- Consistent enforcement and adherence to applicable hygiene guidelines, processes, occupational safety and quality standards
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified housekeeper EFZ and already existing leadership experience
- Excellent service orientation and balanced, socially competent personality
- High quality awareness
- Structured and independent working style
- Very good German skills, level C1 (written and spoken), any additional language is an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance and very good manners
- Flexibility, resilience and absolute reliability are prerequisites
- IT skills (MS Office, PEP)
