About the job

• You design and realize visual communication media for print and digital channels and ensure a consistent, effective brand presence 
• You conceive and implement central advertising materials such as factsheets, mailings, flyers, or business reports 
• You independently manage incoming orders, prioritize efficiently, and advise internal stakeholders in a solution-oriented manner – from idea to implementation 
• You adapt campaigns appropriately for target groups for different formats and touchpoints (e.g., video, HTML, digital assets) 
• You organize and coordinate production processes and ensure a structured and timely implementation 
• You continuously develop existing processes and use templates, automation, and AI specifically to increase efficiency 

• You already have five to ten years of experience as a graphic designer and/or media producer
• Clear communication, competent advice, and confident interaction with different stakeholders characterize you 
• Thanks to your structured and independent way of working, you keep an overview even with a high volume and set the right priorities 
• You combine conceptual strength with a pragmatic, solution-oriented implementation approach as well as a pronounced quality and brand awareness 
• You bring solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as MS Office and Canva; your experience with efficient, template-based, and AI-supported working methods rounds off your profile  
• As a team-oriented and goal-oriented personality, you enjoy working collaboratively and communicate confidently in German; all other languages are an advantage
