Overview of tasks
- Responsibility for payroll processing within the assigned business unit (approx. 350 employees) with a focus on seasonal workers, hourly wage earners and withholding tax
- Contact person for social insurances such as tax offices
- Support and participation in the annual financial statement
- Close cooperation within the HR team as well as finance for coordination and controlling issues
- Deputy payroll processing for the other business unit (approx. 450 employees)
- Support in administration as needed
- Participation in HR projects
Profile requirements
- Solid HR experience in a comparable position as well as further training at specialist certificate level or payroll specialist desired
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour, social insurance and withholding tax law
- Experience in a commercial environment
- Very good German skills, any additional foreign language an advantage
- Precise and independent working style with a hands-on mentality
