Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents, and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and support around 45 residents across five living groups in Trun and at Soldanella in Sedrun, as well as in our workshops.

From April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a member of our care team for a group of people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities in the Living & Working area at our location in Sedrun.

Responsibilities:

• Accompanying, caring for, and promoting the six residents in the protected living and day structure
• Independent creation, implementation, and evaluation of support plans
• Organizing the workday and leisure activities
• Responsibility for the basic care of the residents
• Active and constructive collaboration within the team and the department

We expect:

• FaBe or equivalent training in care or work area, career changers welcome
• Willingness to organize part of the daily routine for people with disabilities and support them in it
• Organizational talent and creativity
• Mental resilience, patience, and empathy
• Team and criticism skills
• Your spontaneity and natural sense of humor complete your profile
