About the job
We are a construction company operating in the Bern, Biel, Solothurn region. To complement our management team at the headquarters in Büren a. A., we are looking for a Construction Foreman/Forewoman Building Construction.
Your tasks: You independently organise assigned construction sites in new construction, conversion, and customer service. You lead the site workers, take responsibility for planning, work preparation, meeting deadlines, quality, billing, and cost monitoring. Preparing/calculating offers and additional charges in close cooperation with management.
Your profile: You have training as a certified construction foreman/forewoman, certified master builder, or FH engineer. As a leader in building construction, you possess negotiation skills and are accustomed to working independently as a construction foreman/forewoman. You are characterised by flexibility and commitment and have good IT user skills (Sorba advantageous). You enjoy precise measurement and billing preparation.
