There is plenty to do with us
- Ensuring optimal production and delivery readiness
- Responsible for the correct and timely delivery of customer orders
- Co-responsible for ordering as well as maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of the concrete plants
- Assisting with revision and maintenance work
- Close cooperation with drivers, dispatch staff, customers and internal departments
- Checking and recording unloading or waiting times on the construction site
- Calling up and storing raw materials (by rail and truck)
- Feeding the concrete plant and loading gravel materials using a pneumatic loader
- Various operational administrative tasks
- Independent operation of the bagging plant for gravel and chippings products including truck loading with forklift
How you contribute with us
- Completed vocational training in the construction or related sector
- Special knowledge in concrete production/production processes (advantageous)
- Very good German language skills
- PC skills
- Team-oriented personality with good manners, cooperative
- Skilled in dealing with customers and enjoys working with internal and external parties
- Responsible and conscientious towards people, environment and machinery
- High physical and mental resilience
- Good assertiveness
- Forward-thinking and proactive
- Willingness for occasional night/weekend shifts
- Own car and driving licence for passenger vehicles
