Your area of responsibility
As Student Support in form management, you will support our forms management team in Bendern for 12 months in the professional creation, maintenance and provision of customer and internal forms. You will gain practical insights into the processes of an international bank and contribute to a consistent, user-friendly form landscape.
- You coordinate requirements for processing forms with internal departments.
- You create and revise customer and LGT internal forms in Word and PDF in compliance with the corporate design.
- You capture, structure and archive form data and carefully maintain the form database.
- You coordinate translations and ensure the availability of forms in the required languages.
- You support and advise employees on form requests, research and the provision of documentation.
- You contribute to technical issues around databases and form processes and bring in ideas for improvement.
Your profile
- You are currently studying or have recently completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You are interested in form management, document creation and clearly structured processes.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Word; experience or a good feel for desktop publishing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PDF editing as well as handling databases and digital tools is desirable.
- You communicate confidently in German and English; further language skills are welcome.
- You work precisely, structured and independently, keep an overview even in dynamic situations and enjoy working in a team.
