Your Tasks and Perspectives

Selection and placement of artistic concepts that give the public and semi-public areas of HOCH an inspiring, identity-forming atmosphere
Management and supervision of art projects from idea to implementation – from "Art in Architecture" to collection strategies
Promotion of dialogue between art, employees, patients, and visitors
Close collaboration with the art commission, external experts, and shaping the long-term artistic direction of the HOCH company
Co-creation of a sustainable understanding of art in a future-oriented healthcare organization that combines aesthetics, meaning, and corporate identity

What You Bring to This Position

Completed university degree in art history, cultural or art management, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the conception and implementation of art projects, ideally in an institutional or public context including new acquisitions
Sound knowledge of contemporary art, art in architecture, and collection management
High communication and mediation skills in dealing with artists, committees, and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational talent, conceptual strength, manual skills, as well as a sense for artistic quality, impact, and presentation
