Write functional specifications based on user requirements

Monitor and validate developments as well as configurations

Train key users and support them during the deployment phases of the new EAM solution for Rolex

Ensure solution maintenance and user support

Become the technical reference for the solution and its integration into the IT system

Take charge of future evolution projects

Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions to meet the company’s needs in the aforementioned domain

As part of large-scale strategic evolution projects, in partnership with business teams in the CMMS/EAM domain, the Logistics functional team will contribute to defining maintenance IT flows and support the implementation of the appropriate tool.

Requirements

University education desired; significant professional experience in the CMMS field can compensate

Good knowledge of CMMS logistics flows and their integration into company processes

Business analysis skills, writing and describing business functional processes

Technical knowledge related to interfaces, APIs

Knowledge of a solution such as SAP PM/EAM, Hexagon or IBM Maximo is an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, team spirit and analytical ability.

Willingness to travel to all group production sites (4 sites in Switzerland).
