Construction Manager / Cost Planner, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You manage and coordinate contractors and specialist planners
• You also monitor quality, deadlines and costs
• Cost planning, cost control and benchmarking enrich your area of responsibility
• Furthermore, you lead construction and project meetings and are responsible for tenders, quotations and awards
• You also procure planning and construction services and ensure quality throughout all project phases
• Additionally, you accompany inspections, defect management and final works
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a basic technical training as an architectural draughtsperson, bricklayer, carpenter or comparable and have solid practical experience as a construction manager (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, you have an academic education in architecture or civil engineering
• Ideally, you already have some practical experience in construction economics or as a cost planner
• Do you also consider yourself communicative, conscientious and well organised?
