Our client is an established construction and planning company in the St. Gallen region. The focus is on construction project management, construction management, and cost control in building construction. They manage demanding new build and conversion projects for private and commercial clients.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced individual for the independent management and coordination of building construction projects.
Construction Project Manager Building Construction | New Build and Conversion | St. Gallen Region
In this position, you will take responsibility for demanding new build and conversion projects in building construction.
• You will control and coordinate projects from execution to successful handover to the client.
• You will be responsible for deadlines, costs, and quality.
• On site, you will lead and coordinate contractors, craftsmen, and specialist planners.
• If necessary, you will independently create minor plan adjustments.
• You will be responsible for cost control, billing, and accompanying the warranty phase.
• With your structured and solution-oriented working style, you ensure a smooth project process.

We expect:
• You have completed training as a draughtsperson or building technician.
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a site manager or are currently undergoing relevant further training.
• You have several years of experience in site management or construction project management of new build and conversion projects in Switzerland.
• You are familiar with construction administration software.
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD is an advantage.
• You present yourself confidently and assertively when dealing with contractors, specialist planners, and clients.
• Cost awareness, punctuality, and personal responsibility characterise your working style.
