For our St. Laurentius House in Schaan, we are looking for a committed leader as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as
Head of Housekeeping (80%)
Your main responsibilities
- Operational management of the housekeeping department
- Procurement and inventory management of materials in your own area as well as care and hygiene products for our residents
- Personnel and professional leadership as well as promotion and further development of the approximately 12-member team
- Ensuring high quality of all services in the areas of catering, guest care, cafeteria, textile supply and cleaning
- Ensuring smooth, efficient and economical processes
- Participation in the LAK hotel management team
- Co-designing the further development of processes in the hotel sector
- Occasional active participation in all areas of housekeeping
- Organisation of internal and external events
- Responsibility for the decoration of public areas

What you bring to this position
- Completed training as a hotel management area manager or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in healthcare
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Solution-oriented and independent working style
- High service orientation, social competence and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Confident use of MS Office applications, experience with Polypoint PEP is an advantage
