You work in the Eastern Region with a home base in Altendorf
This position offers you
- Your working day takes place where our customers are: You are on the road daily in the Eastern Region, delivering household appliances, installing and dismantling them professionally, and ensuring flawless installation
- You make the necessary adjustments on site and ensure that each appliance functions reliably and fits optimally into the existing environment
- You discuss placement, installation, built-in and connection options with end users and resellers
- In targeted training at our headquarters in Zug, you build up your product knowledge step by step. This enables you to advise our customers competently and explain appliances clearly
- You show users how to operate and maintain their appliances correctly – personally, understandably and tailored to their needs
You bring the following for the position
- You have completed a vocational training with EFZ or EBA – for example in the fields of electrical, sanitary, carpentry, building technology or a comparable discipline
- Ideally, you bring good electrotechnical knowledge as well as initial professional experience – preferably also from the service, installation or fitting environment
- You already hold the permit according to NIV Art. 15 or are willing to complete this further training with support from V-ZUG and pass the subsequent examination
- You enjoy practical work, are hands-on and find a suitable solution even in demanding installation situations. You keep an eye for detail and focus on clean, sustainable work
- You enjoy contact with people. You present yourself in a friendly, reliable and professional manner and understand how to take our customers’ needs seriously
- You are physically fit and ready to safely and carefully undertake physically demanding tasks
- You have very good German skills and communicate clearly, understandably and customer-oriented
- A valid category B driving licence is a matter of course for your daily work
