Your role
To ensure we can continue to fulfil this important task in the future, we are looking for a committed individual for our drilling and brine field operations in the Greater Basel area as a Driller / Machine Operator Deep Drilling Technology
You will work in a well-coordinated team and, as a plant operator, take on a variety of technical and manual tasks related to our drilling and brine fields. With your expertise, you make an important contribution to sustainable salt extraction in Switzerland.

What you can achieve with us
- Carrying out drilling and workover operations
- Operating, monitoring and controlling a drilling rig and associated equipment
- Confident handling of hydraulic tongs, winches, rotary heads, turntables, pumps, circulation systems and measuring devices
- Maintenance, care and repair of machines and tools
- Performing functional tests, cleaning tasks and minor repairs
- Contributing to compliance with safety, health and environmental standards
- Securing drilling sites, active participation in daily safety meetings
Your qualities as a professional and person
- Completed training in a construction-related field, for example in civil engineering, tunnel construction, specialised civil engineering or a comparable professional environment
- Several years of experience as a machine operator / equipment operator in deep drilling
- Good knowledge of hydraulics, pressure and control technology
- High safety awareness as well as reliable and independent working
- Team spirit, resilience and enjoyment of practical work outdoors
- Fluent German language skills (no foreign or assembly work)
