About the job
The Witschi Group is a family business in its third generation, based in Langenthal. With the goal of "building living space," we are committed daily to high-quality and sustainable construction projects. With around 120 employees, we operate in the fields of building construction and modernisation, civil and road construction, flooring and coverings, as well as transport – dedicated, professional, and firmly rooted in the Oberaargau region.
We are looking for a Construction Separator from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. If you are well versed in your field, enjoy working independently, and want a strong team around you, then you are exactly right with us!
Your tasks:
– Carrying out core drilling in concrete, reinforced concrete, and masonry
– Working with wall saws and wire saws for precise cutting
– Demolition work, also with demolition robots
– Creating and assisting with structural reinforcements
– Adhering to quality standards and safety regulations
– Close collaboration with the modernisation team on conversion projects
Your profile:
– Completed training in the main construction trade (for example bricklayer, construction separator) or comparable professional experience
– Experience in concrete drilling, concrete sawing, or demolition
– Confident handling of machines and technical understanding
– Independent, reliable, and precise working style
– High safety and quality awareness
– Physically resilient and weatherproof
– Team player, yet able to work independently
– Enjoy working in a family business
