Would you like to apply your retail experience in a special environment and make a greater impact? Then you are exactly right with us. For our neighbourhood shop "chlyformat" we are looking for flexible hourly-paid assistants who, in addition to the daily tasks of sales, also enjoy accompanying and supporting young people.
We offer IV measures as well as training places from PrA to EBA to EFZ. You support and accompany the participants on their way to the primary labour market and actively contribute to their professional and personal development.

What you bring

• Completed training in retail
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Enjoyment in accompanying and supporting people with psychological challenges
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Resilience and a solution-oriented approach to new challenges
• Driving licence is an advantage
