About the job

• Strategically develop, establish and lead continuing education programmes and innovative educational offerings primarily in the field of women’s and family health
• Independently design, conduct and evaluate courses at CAS, DAS and MAS levels
• Be responsible for interdisciplinary educational projects and continuing education offerings and ensure their sustainable implementation
• Maintain and expand national and international networks and disseminate knowledge through presentations and publications
• Develop innovative didactic concepts of transformative teaching and implement them effectively in continuing education and consulting

• Completed Master’s degree in Nursing Science with a doctorate and proven clinical and scientific experience
• Proven expertise in the field of women’s and family health with a focus on reproductive health
• Clinical professional experience and several years of teaching and/or research experience
• Broad (inter)national networking as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, its actors and political processes
• Enjoyment of conceptual, interdisciplinary and innovative educational work

• Many contacts with young, eager learners from all over the world who want to achieve something.
• Curiosity is required, and not in small amounts. And a lot of independence and personal responsibility.
