The Luzerner Höhenklinik Montana is the rehabilitation clinic of the Berner Klinik Montana Foundation, with accredited programmes for pulmonary and cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as a department for psychosomatics. Another focus is the certified sleep analysis centre. The clinic is located at 1500 m altitude on the sunny plateau of Crans-Montana in central Valais. German and French are spoken in the professional environment.

Your tasks

• Ensuring professional and customer-oriented care
• Carrying out all nursing interventions taking into account medical, personnel, economic as well as operational requirements and framework conditions

Your profile

• Determination, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing services in the areas of prevention, cure and rehabilitation-specific education
• Admission, integration and support of nursing students during their practical training period
• Setting individual learning objectives adapted to the level of training and the competencies to be developed
• Promoting the development of independence, clinical judgement, professional appearance and interpersonal skills of the students
• Supporting the implementation of theoretical knowledge into daily clinical practice
• Conducting interim and final assessments according to the guidelines of the training institutions
• Promoting the involvement of patients in their care plan and in regaining their independence
• Performing delegated medical acts, delegating acts according to one’s own role and taking responsibility for them
• Contributing to solution-oriented collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
• Participating in the supervision and assessment of students and interns as well as in the induction of new employees
