The Luzerner Höhenklinik Montana is the rehabilitation clinic of the Berner Klinik Montana Foundation, with accredited programmes for pulmonary and cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as a department for psychosomatics. Another focus is the certified sleep analysis centre. The clinic is located at 1500 m altitude on the sunny plateau of Crans-Montana in central Valais. German and French are spoken in the professional environment.

Registered Nurse / Ward Manager

As ward manager, you play a key role in organising and managing nursing activities in the rehabilitation clinic.

Your tasks

• You actively participate in leading the nursing team (planning, support, supervision, prioritisation)
• You ensure the quality and safety of nursing care in compliance with standards, protocols and institutional requirements
• You contribute to the development, optimisation and harmonisation of nursing processes
• You support the teams on site and intervene in complex situations
• You promote a positive working atmosphere and constructive team dynamics
• You work closely with the nursing management and other clinic executives
• You contribute to the development, optimisation and harmonisation of nursing processes

Your profile

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation
• Proven experience in team management
• Management training (or in progress) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities and handle complex situations
• Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language
