Head of Delivery Service German Switzerland & Ticino

Your new tasks

In this responsible position, you report directly to the Head of Transport DCH & TI and are responsible for the bases in Suhr, Wil SG, Mels, and Contone
In your role, you create optimal conditions to ensure our delivery and assembly service
Through your professional personnel management (employee evaluations; personnel deployment planning, staff training; management of dispatch and administration), you succeed together with your motivated and high-performing employees in inspiring our customers.
Together with your team, you work on the further development of the tour planning system (TPS) and are responsible for the continuous optimization of existing processes in the sense of continuous improvement

What you bring with you

You have completed basic training with further education in transport logistics
(transport dispatcher, operations manager in road transport, logistics specialist)
You have experience in a similar position in transport or logistics
You speak fluent German
In addition, you are a reliable and resilient personality and convince with your pronounced customer and service orientation
Besides, you have an administrative flair
