• You manage and develop your own client portfolio in the business client segment
• You drive new client acquisition and regional development forward and actively represent and advocate for BEKB's interests at events
• You are well rooted in the region and ready to expand your network
• You take professional responsibility in the region for the business client topic
• You work side by side with your team members and other specialists

• You have several years of experience in banking
• You have solid experience dealing with business clients and a strong affinity for SMEs
• You enjoy direct client contact and convince with strong communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
• You are characterised by a high service orientation, a winning manner, as well as initiative and entrepreneurial thinking

• Promotion of your individual development needs, both in time and financially
