About the job

As a Sales Back Office Clerk at PFIFFNER Messwandler AG at the Hirschthal location, you are a central interface in our international sales team. You take care of our customers and coordinate orders from inquiry to delivery. In doing so, you actively contribute to the successful execution of our projects and shape the future in a dynamic and growing industry.

What you do

In our globally active team, you are the link between our customers, engineering, order processing, and production.

• Processing and monitoring of customer orders including deadline tracking and payment receipts
• Coordination with customers, factories (worldwide), and internal departments to ensure delivery dates
• Support of customer projects as well as conducting technical and commercial clarifications
• Organization and accompaniment of customer visits and acceptance tests at the plant
• Support of the field service in acquiring and processing customer inquiries
• Creation and follow-up of offers in close coordination with the sales team

What you bring

• Completed technical training with commercial further education (technical school, commercial school, etc.) or commercial training
• Initial experience in sales back office or a similar function is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and international collaboration
• Interest in technical issues and products
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems
