HR Business Partner 50 - 60%EMPATHETIC AND SERVICE-ORIENTED
The Secondary School and Vocational Education Office is the competence and service centre for vocational education, grammar schools, higher vocational education and further education in the canton of Zurich. We support and supervise secondary schools, vocational schools, providers of preparatory vocational years and training companies.
For our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual who enjoys advising, being close to the company and operational HR work. The position is limited until 31 December 2028.
Your area of responsibility
As a member of our HR team, you are jointly responsible with another HR consultant for operational and advisory personnel work along the entire employee lifecycle. You are the contact person for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters and competently accompany them through all HR processes, conducting recruitment interviews as well as development and conflict discussions. You support the implementation of the personnel development strategy to ensure that employees can fully develop and further their potential.
Your profile
You have several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function and are confident in a complex organisational environment. Ideally, you are familiar with the requirements and processes of public administration and have a good understanding of the particularities of a politically influenced environment. You hold a recognised higher education qualification in the HR field, have sound knowledge of labour law, a pronounced understanding of organisational contexts and governance issues, and have several years of experience advising and supporting managers in demanding personnel matters. In addition, you are characterised by high communication skills, advisory confidence and a confident manner. Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
