About the job
HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE, on site
- Leadership, motivation and further development of the quality assurance team
- Overall responsibility for quality management (development, project, production and customer quality)
- Definition, implementation and monitoring of inspection and release processes
- Analysis of quality indicators and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
- Active participation in product and process optimisations in close cooperation with production, development and project management
- Execution and/or monitoring of internal audits at the site (5S, process, workplace, product) and monitoring the implementation of required measures.
- Management of the handling of non-conformities at the site
- Preparation of the site quality reports (CNQ...) and tracking deviations from targets
- Leading the metrology department on site (calibration, approval...)
- Training and raising awareness of employees on quality-relevant topics
- Participation in supplier evaluation by assessing the quality aspect of deliveries
- Technical basic training with further education to technician HF / engineer FH
- Experience in the field of plastics technology (injection moulding process) is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in the field of quality
- Excellent knowledge of quality tools
- Several years of leadership experience
- Communicative and customer-oriented
Reliable personality with pronounced team skills as well as the necessary assertiveness for successful implementation of tasks and goals
Very good German and/or French skills with good knowledge of the other language, English skills are a great advantage
