Responsibilities
- Confidential psychosocial counselling of employees facing professional and personal challenges
- Support in situations such as stress, conflicts, personal crises, addiction issues, exhaustion or psychological burdens
- Accompanying employees and managers in challenging workplace situations
- Conducting mediation and conflict discussions
- Advising on topics such as bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment
- Close cooperation with HR, Medical Services, Case Management and other internal specialist departments
- Participation in prevention and health promotion measures
- Documentation and ensuring professional counselling standards

Requirements
- Completed university degree in psychology, health psychology, social work or comparable qualification
- Further training in counselling, coaching, psychotherapy or mediation
- Several years of professional experience in psychosocial counselling or in the Employee Assistance environment
- High counselling competence as well as pronounced empathy and communication skills
- Independent, discreet and trustworthy working style
- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
