Your Tasks
- Accompanying children and adolescents through their inpatient stay by means of key worker support
- Creating a respectful and developmentally supportive milieu-therapeutic environment
- Providing the best possible care for the patients entrusted to you in close collaboration with doctors, psychologists, social pedagogues and other professionals
- Structuring daily life as well as planning and creating activities and moments that provide stability, trust and sometimes a smile
- Actively contributing your nursing expertise to individual treatment planning
- Working in shifts to ensure our patients are well supported around the clock
Your Profile
- Diploma as a nurse HF/FH (with SBFI recognition).
- Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychiatry or working with children, adolescents and their families is a plus – what matters more to us is your motivation for this exciting field
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and learning from each other.
- Empathy, composure and a sense of humour – because not every day goes according to plan.
- Responsibility, initiative and willingness to develop professionally.
