• Identifying fields of action based on key figures, surveys, and input from management
• Developing, establishing, and optimising measures in work & organisational development
• Strategic further development of HR work at the St. Margrethen site
• Creating and independently delivering learning content at all levels within the company
• Close collaboration and sparring with the Head of Human Resources as well as members of management in company-wide change and strategy processes

• MSc in Psychology
