Your main tasks

• – The further development of all process steps that fall within the scope of operations at the site
• – The professional, personnel and organisational management of the departments: (production, AVOR, warehouse/logistics, quality management)
• – Development and monitoring of the QM system– Responsible for occupational safety– Mainly responsible for plant infrastructure
• – Continuous optimisation of process flows through automation and digitalisation
• – Responsible for the timely and professional production of products
• – Promotion and support of directly subordinate employees

What you bring with you

• – Technical further education at HF/FH level, business management further education desired
• – Leadership qualities and a can-do mentality
• – Experience in lean management, automation and digitalisation
• – Analytical thinking, flexibility, result orientation
