Job description:
The Center for Neuropsychology is continuously growing. Therefore, we are looking to strengthen our existing team with an upbeat, motivated, and reliable secretary.

About our center:
We offer comprehensive neuropsychological diagnostics for various issues. Core areas include, among others:
- Somatic diseases affecting the brain
- Neurodegenerative diseases
- Acquired brain injuries
- Cognitive impairments in psychiatric disorders
- Disorders of neural and mental development (e.g., autism spectrum disorder)
- Hyperkinetic disorders (including ADHD and ADD)
Your Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and scheduling further appointments
- Operating the practice phone, answering emails
- Organizing consultation hours and planning with patient summons
- Reporting. No transcription from dictation.
- Maintaining electronic medical records (fully electronic via curaMED)
- Assisting with organizational tasks related to daily practice operations
- Willingness to occasionally cover in our other centers.
Your Profile
- You are a resilient secretary with experience in administrative areas.
- You are precise and detail-oriented, diligent, and reliable
- You are capable of working independently and proactively contributing
- You have confident German language skills (especially grammatical abilities) and basic knowledge of English. Additional languages are an advantage
- You interact with our patients and referrers in a friendly and competent manner
- You have proficient skills in using IT and fully electronic medical records
- Your working style is efficient, you have organizational talent and a quick grasp of the tasks at hand
