Your tasks and responsibilities
- You plan and develop the control hardware for our machines, laying the foundation for a reliable, standards-compliant and functional implementation of the software requirements in the control cabinet
- In doing so, you create and maintain circuit diagrams, parts lists and master data in our electrical CAD and ERP systems
- As the central interface between software development, mechanical design and workshop, you manage the technical information flow, shape the product development process and ensure that our systems not only function but are also efficiently feasible and maintainable in the long term
- You evaluate and support control and electrical components throughout their entire lifecycle and are responsible for the electrical equipment of retrofits, customer-specific versions and ongoing product maintenance
- In handling special orders, you clarify requirements with customer service and sales, create articles, parts lists and hardware schematics, coordinate external service providers and maintain the technical documentation in the PLM
Your profile
- You have a technical basic education in electrical engineering, automation or mechatronics
- Practical experience in mechanical engineering or industrial automation as well as sound knowledge of the relevant standards, guidelines and best practices of electrical planning complete your profile
- You are proficient in EPLAN P8 and apply it routinely in projects
- With clear communication and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration, you ensure that complex projects are implemented efficiently. You work analytically, think logically and approach tasks in a structured and goal-oriented manner
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills, which you use especially in communication with our international colleagues
- You are willing to work both at our headquarters in Rüti and at our location in Haldenstein
