What can you expect?
- You lead and develop a team of 4 to 6 employees (including apprentices)
- You plan personnel resources and ensure smooth operations
- You ensure a high level of service and advisory quality
- You advise customers in the areas of numbers, saving, investing and provision
- You identify customer potential, strengthen existing relationships and win new customers
- You represent our bank at customer events and actively maintain your network in the region
- You contribute ideas and actively shape the further development of the area
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training or comparable training in the financial services sector
- Experience in customer advisory
- Initial leadership experience or motivation for the next career step
- High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in dealing with people
- Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
- SAQ certification is an advantage
