As a Consultant Key Account, you look after our customers directly at Zurich Airport and are the first point of contact for candidates who want to become part of this fascinating industry.

You accompany the entire recruiting and placement process - from the first customer enquiry to successful placement.

• Care and expansion of existing customer relationships at Zurich Airport
• Regular customer visits directly on site
• Recruitment of talents for various activities in the airport environment
• Conducting interviews and selection discussions
• Handling administrative airport-specific processes
• Creation and publication of job advertisements
• Support of employees from entry to start of deployment
• Building talent pools for our airport customers
• Close cooperation with our key accounts and operational teams
• Use of modern recruiting and social media channels to attract candidates

• Enjoy working with people
• Sales and service orientation
• Experience in recruiting, personnel leasing, sales or a customer-oriented function
• Independent and structured way of working
• High resilience and flexibility
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Enthusiasm for the world of aviation and airport operations
