Property Administrator 100%

Your role

In this versatile role, you support the property managers in all administrative and organisational matters of property management. You actively participate in the entire rental process, from preparing offers, handling terminations, to drafting rental contracts and publishing advertisements.

Furthermore, you maintain regular contact with tenants, caretakers and tradespeople, handling varied correspondence and telephone enquiries. Processing creditors and other administrative tasks related to property management complete your diverse range of duties.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and professional experience in property management are essential
• Proficient in MS Office and REM knowledge is desirable
• Fluent German, both spoken and written
• Enjoy working with people, with a competent and professional manner
• Precise, efficient and responsible working style
• Commitment, motivation and identification with our values
