Swisslinx is seeking a German and English speaking Senior PMO professional for long time assignment as part of a CFO Transformation & Change Project with our banking client in Zurich (2 days home office).

Job description:

• Support project planning, progress tracking and milestone management across finance change initiatives.
• Coordinate business requirements and maintain visibility of outstanding decisions and actions.
• Prepare governance meetings, committee materials and management updates.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies, escalating matters requiring attention.
• Coordinate stakeholders across finance and delivery teams.
• Support the delivery of finance capabilities and applications across the wider change portfolio.

About the customer:

Supporting the team lead, you will help coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across the CFO function. You will bring structure to planning, requirements, governance and reporting, helping stakeholders stay aligned throughout design, build and testing.

The portfolio spans areas including Treasury, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Pricing, Product Control, Tax and financial data.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in PMO, project coordination or transformation delivery, with evidence of managing multiple activities and priorities.
• Strong project planning, requirements coordination and governance skills.
• Experience preparing clear, accurate reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and follow-through.
• A structured, analytical and collaborative approach.
• Experience in a bank, ideally working in Fianance or CFO area.
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
