About the job

• Assume the responsibilities and duties of the Head of Care in their absence
• Support in managing the staff, taking into account the directives of the management and the expectations of the cross-sectional functions of ORS. Responsible for time management in the centre
• Coordinate and ensure demand-oriented staff training
• Collaborate and communicate with federal and other authorities as well as with other partners. Participate in regular meetings with clients and partner organisations
• Evaluate and report on centre activities and results to improve performance and provide relevant information
• Implement care standards according to SEM quality standards QSU and optimise workflows in consultation with the Head of Care. Responsible for implementing directives from the Head of Care and SEM

• Secondary level II: vocational baccalaureate or equivalent (e.g. EFZ + additional certificate, further training, etc.)
• 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
• 3 years of leadership experience (advantageous)
• Intercultural competences
• Experience in handling conflict situations
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
