Building Services Planner: Ventilation or Heating

Your tasks:

In this role, you actively participate in digital planning processes for exciting construction projects and accompany them from planning to implementation:

• Planning of systems for new buildings, conversions, and industrial facilities
• Processing of models and technical documentation
• Assistance with cost estimation
• Participation in building submissions
• Collaboration in the preparation of tender documents and offers
• Cooperation with architects, specialist planners, and clients
• Attendance at project and coordination meetings
• Support in supervising and monitoring construction execution

What you bring:

• Completed training as a building services planner EFZ/HF/FH specialising in ventilation or heating
• Several years of professional experience in this field is an advantage
• Experience with CAD programmes (e.g. Revit or AutoCAD) is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Interest in digital planning, new technologies, and continuous further education
