The role…
Do you want to actively develop technology rather than just maintain it? Then become part of our team and help shape the future of our production and energy supply systems. Together with experienced specialists, you will develop modern and sustainable solutions based on the latest technology. In this versatile role, you will analyse and resolve faults, optimise existing systems, and contribute your expertise to modernisations and new automation solutions. You will work independently, take responsibility, and at the same time benefit from a well-coordinated, interdisciplinary team with high professional competence.

How you will make an impact…

• Analysing faults and developing sustainable measures for process optimisation
• Developing maintenance strategies and processes to ensure high system availability and consistent product quality
• Coordinating and aligning collaboration with production departments and external partners
• Leading projects to introduce new technologies for measuring, monitoring, and diagnosing production systems
• Supporting and accompanying the commissioning of new automated production systems and processes
• Taking on on-call duty for one week at a time, at most every two months, to ensure smooth production operations

What you bring with you…

• Completed basic training as an automation technician EFZ or electrical installer EFZ, ideally supplemented by further training at HF level
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in automation, PLC programming, or industrial process automation
• Good knowledge of programming Siemens PLC and HMI systems
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, and ideally good English skills are an advantage
• Technical understanding as well as an independent, solution-oriented, and safety-conscious working style
• Team spirit, initiative, and interest in production and automation systems
