Team Leadership Facility and Property Management

In this important, strategic position in the public sector, you work hand in hand with the head of the construction department and are responsible for the facility and property management of all properties (VV and FV) of the municipality.

This varied management and leadership role includes strategic tasks in the areas of portfolio management, building maintenance and administration with the following main tasks:

• Active, strategic-operational control of the entire portfolio of all properties (VV & FV) and the complex construction process management
• Leadership of the property division and ensuring the sustainable management of all existing properties based on property strategy and action plan
• Coordination task of the overall property and construction processes including the interfaces in property management with operational maintenance (technical asset management, facility management) and construction project management
• Main contact, advisor and sparring partner for owner representatives/department heads of the various business areas or product groups of the municipality 

LEADER with a focus on strategic tasks – great understanding of properties, construction and property portfolio management – assertive – very good written German

To be successful in this demanding leadership role with prospects in the long term, you have the following profile:

• Completed technical training in architecture/civil engineering (Master or Bachelor), supplemented by further training in business administration or portfolio management
• Experience in property portfolio and facility management and in complex construction processes
• Leadership experience in a key role in the construction and property sector with interdisciplinary collaboration with various stakeholders
• Independent, communicative personality with pronounced analytical skills and enjoyment in translating results into target group-appropriate reports
• Interest in political processes and contexts, enjoyment of impact-oriented work and exciting leadership tasks
