You calculate and manage supplementary benefits. In your decisions, you take into account the various legislations. Even with complex files, you always keep an overview. When changes occur, you take the right steps. Despite your professional expertise, you always act and communicate with empathy, because you know that your calculations have an impact. In your work, you also frequently encounter complex legal questions and contact our legal department for clarification. You work closely with external bodies such as municipalities, district courts, or bankruptcy offices.

You convince us both professionally and personally.
You have prepared for this demanding role with a commercial education (E or M profile). Alternatively, you have a qualified commercial further education with a business diploma and experience in the insurance sector. You can especially impress us with a professional certificate in social insurance or with the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in a demanding administrative role will make your start with us much easier.

Besides your professional qualifications, you have a quick grasp and the ability to think in a connected way. You enjoy complex insurance-related matters. You like to make decisions and communicate clearly.
