Job Description
Within the surgery and medicine departments, we are seeking a motivated medical assistant wishing to invest sustainably within a committed and collaborative team.
A true interface between patients, doctors and care teams, you contribute to the smooth running of the service by ensuring reception, administrative follow-up and the provision of technical care. Through your organisational skills, versatility and team spirit, you actively participate in the quality of patient care.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome, inform and direct patients.
- Manage telephone reception and message handling.
- Perform technical care (blood sampling, injections, infusions) or be motivated to train in these activities.
- Assist doctors during certain specific treatments, as required.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the service (creation and management of files, report writing, etc.).
Qualifications
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as medical assistant or equivalent
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Strong sense of welcome and patient relations.
- Good command of IT tools.
- Excellent organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills.
- Team spirit, communication skills, discretion and rigour.
