In the solar systems business unit, everything revolves around product optimisation and positioning so that the company can master future challenges in an increasingly saturated market. For our headquarters in Hedingen (CH) or our location in Satteins (AT), we are looking for a committed energy transition personality who wants to make a difference with passion, professionalism and drive.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the assigned product portfolio in the field of photovoltaic mounting systems with a significant share of company turnover
- Initiation of product development projects as well as product improvements (PLCM) in close cooperation with development, sales, customers and marketing
- Creation of specifications and monitoring of development progress with a focus on customer requirements and market needs
- Strategic pricing based on market observations, profitability analyses taking into account price and margin developments
- Preparation of technical documentation, training materials and marketing materials in cooperation with central marketing
- Conducting market and competitor analyses as well as monitoring relevant market trends
- Supporting sales through training, presentations, technical advice and product presentations at trade fairs
Your profile
- Experience in product management as an interface between sales and development
- Further training in product management or marketing desirable
- Technical and/or business administration education
- Industry knowledge in photovoltaics, aluminium profiles, fastening technology or electrical engineering advantageous
- Strong affinity for renewable energies
- Good MS Office skills and organisational ability
- Fluent German, English skills advantageous
