The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include residential long-term living areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the care organisation system of primary nursing. Palliative care is an integral part of our nursing attitude and daily actions.

Your Role

• You ensure professional support and assistance for the residents
• Independent planning, organisation, and implementation of holistic activation, ensuring a varied and structured daily routine in group and individual activities. You orient yourself to the interests, indications, needs, and resources of our residents.
• In collaboration with the in-house cultural group, you plan, organise, and realise larger events, playing a key role.
• Professional documentation and evaluation in the care documentation system careCoach
• You contribute your expertise regularly in interdisciplinary exchanges

Your Profile

• Diploma as an activation specialist HF or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Very good oral and written German skills
• High degree of independence as well as a respectful and empathetic approach to the residents
• Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
