We are a foreign chamber of commerce active in bilateral economic relations for over 110 years, aiming to support companies between Germany, Switzerland, and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For the team at the Germany-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce, we are looking for a lawyer starting July 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your tasks:
You will be responsible, among other things, for the following tasks:
- Consultations in Swiss secondment, labor, and data protection law
- Support for company formations in Switzerland
- Coordination and moderation of webinars and seminars on cross-border tax topics Germany-Switzerland
- Lecturing activities in Swiss law
- Creation and coordination of publications on cross-border legal topics Germany-Switzerland for the chamber's print and online media
- Coordination of cross-border business law consulting Germany-Switzerland
Your profile:
We are looking for a motivated, resilient, and assertive personality with a law degree from a Swiss university. You have qualified experience in Swiss business law. Your structured, reliable working style distinguishes you as well as your organizational skills and your enjoyment of independent work. You think in networks and act service-oriented. Fluent German and presentation skills complete your profile. Knowledge of another national language (especially French) is an advantage.
